Beneath the Hotel Adler, ancient vaults, massive stone walls, and winding rooms lead you into a truly special atmosphere. In the historic Knights' Hall, you'll take your seats together at long tables, and for a few hours, everyday life can be left outside.
Our medieval-themed evening isn't just about going out for a meal together. It's about a convivial evening where we eat together, toast each other, and above all, laugh a lot.
We will serve our4-course medieval feast, accompanied by various rituals and, if desired, withacting accompaniment.

Our 4-course medieval feast
Before the actual knights' feast begins, we welcome you with aCider made according to old tradition.
Afterwards, everyone eats together at the knights' table.
First course: Leek soup
Served warm as a cozy start to the medieval feast.
2nd course: Vegetable sticks with dip
A short walk to nibble and enjoy food together at the table.
3rd course: Rustic meat platter
Pork knuckle, chicken and Nuremberg sausages, with peas and carrots, potato dumplings with cabbage and Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli).
The meat platter is brought to the table together, rustic, convivial and exactly as it should be at a knight's feast.
4th course: Nun's farts
To finish, there are traditional quark balls with raisins and vanilla sauce.
Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are of course also possible upon prior arrangement.

The rock cellar in Pfullendorf
The location alone makes up a large part of the medieval evening.
The rock cellar is located beneath the historic Hotel Adler in Pfullendorf and extends over approximately300 m².
Several old vaulted rooms each have their own unique character. These include theKnights' Hall, thewine cellar, theice cellarand our generousBar area with approximately 14 meters of bar.
Depending on the event and layout, the rock cellar offers space forup to 150 seated guests.
What makes the rock cellar so special can actually be explained quite simply:
We did not build a medieval cellar.
The old stone walls, vaults and rooms are indeed part of the history of this house.

Many groups begin the evening with a joint reception at our bar.
Afterwards, everyone proceeds together to the historic Knights' Hall. There, the knights' feast begins with the first rituals, and then the four courses are served one after the other.
If you opt for the acting accompaniment, it will accompany you throughout the evening and provide entertainment between courses.
For company parties, Christmas parties and larger gatherings, we discuss the desired procedure together beforehand.
